DTI REVS UP EXPORTS THROUGH ITS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS

Refocusing its export strategy for ten (10) product groups, the DTI formed its Business Development Teams with the cooperation of the private sector.  The teams are tasked to formulate a strategic Business Plan for each priority product vis-a-vis analysis of foreign and domestic markets.

The Team Managers of the Business Development Teams who have been designated to work closely with their respective industry sector are as follows:

Coming from all the DTI functional groups, the Team Managers will ensure that efforts are integrated and focused on the priority products above for export.  They will also be responsible for setting of export and investment targets in consultation with key industry players and the relevant industry associations together with government agencies involved in export and investments.
